In this new role, Emily will be handling church giving, pledging, accounts payable, and other day-to-day financial tasks.
Emily has attended Belmont UMC since 2004 and is looking forward to joining the staff. You may recognize her as a clarinetist performing around town and being active in the music ministry at Belmont. She and her family (Jimmy, Parker, and Ila) love hiking and the outdoors. She holds a B.M. and M.M. in Clarinet Performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and the University of Southern California and enjoys a varied career as studio musician, member of the Chattanooga Symphony and Nashville Opera Orchestra, and preforming contemporary chamber music.
