Open Table Nashville is providing much needed food and hygiene items to people who are homeless and at risk for COVID-19. Beginning Tuesday, June 9, we are asking Belmonters to bring items listed below to the Community Center pre-event area between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm. The collection will end on Saturday, June 20.

Items can also be dropped off at Glencliff UMC (2901 Glencliff Road), Monday-Thursday, from 9:00am-12:00pm. Please take items all the way around back.

Below is a list of needed items. Please try and get pop-top lids when available.

Canned ravioli, soups, stews, or chilis
Soft breakfast bars
Canned tuna, chicken, vienna sausages, SPAM, etc.
Peanut butter crackers
Ritz or saltine crackers
Canned vegetables
Disposable soup and cereal bowls
Gatorade or hydrating beverages
Instant mashed potatoes
Peanut butter (especially small jars and “To Go” cups)
Fruit cups, applesauce, canned fruit
Jelly
Toilet paper
Deodorant
Individual hand sanitizer
Personal body wipes
