Elizabeth has demonstrated outstanding leadership as our assistant director over the past two years and brings eleven years of experience as an educator. She has classroom experience teaching toddlers, pre-k, and middle school; earned her Bachelors of Music Education at Belmont University; and is currently seeking her Masters in Management and Organizational Leadership at MTSU. She has completed the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance 40-hour administrator orientation and is trained by DHS to teach the “Keeping Kids Safe” curriculum.
Elizabeth is approachable, compassionate, smart, and committed to Belmont’s Weekday School with a vision and commitment to improve our BWDS. She has demonstrated excellence in writing and implementing policies, concern for our teachers, managing schedules, assisting families with enrollment, improving our technology, assisting teachers, classroom management, resolving issues, and communication. Perhaps most of all, Elizabeth cares deeply about each of our children and works hard to ensure each child can grow into their full potential as a human being. After interviewing her, the Staff Parish Relations Committee is very pleased to welcome Elizabeth as our new director.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][/cs_content]
