The intent would be for each newborn in the church to receive a CD when he or she is born as a gift from Belmont so the child can hear the word of God.
David Henry helped Christy’s dream become a reality on July 1st, when he recorded the various Belmont musicians singing and playing eleven different songs, including “Jesus Loves Me” and “Kum Ba Yah”.
After the first listen of the completed CD, the group thought that people of all ages will enjoy listening to it.
CDs are available from the church office or by contacting Amy Cooper.
