As a collaborative pianist and choral conductor, he has performed at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and throughout the US, the UK, and Europe.

A note from Matthew: "I couldn’t be more excited to join the Belmont UMC family and become a resident of Nashville. You have shown me great hospitality, even before I joined the staff, and that warm welcome envelopes me even now as I set out to empower a community of spiritual and musical excellence that was carefully cultivated by Gayle Sullivan. I look forward to creating strong bonds of friendship as we reflect God’s love in our daily lives. Thank you for being my new home!"
