This class and another Belmont ESL class have been meeting by Zoom since the COVID-19 virus shut down in-person classes in the spring of 2020.
During the online classes, students not only perfected their recipes but also perfected the writing of American-style measurement and cooking directions. As many as 15 students met bi-weekly in the Level 5 classes and another 15 in Level 2. The recipes in the booklet include dishes from Brazil, Japan, Russia, South Korea, and Ukraine.
If you’d like a copy of the booklet, contact ESL Level 5 instructors Jane DuBose or Dick Bowers.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_layout_column][/cs_element_layout_row][/cs_element_section][/cs_content]
