Meal reservations/changes/cancellations are due by 9:00am on Monday before Wednesday’s meal. There are 4 convenient ways to make reservations:

1. Complete the online reservation form below.
2. Check “I want Midweek dinner reservations” on Sunday’s worship attendance pad… sure to include the number of adults/youth/children on the lines provided.
3. Call Anne Hoback at church, 615-383-0832 (leave a message at extension 49 after business hours).
4. Email Anne Hoback.

Adults and Youth: Lemon parmesan baked chicken, kale pesto penne, chili flake and Lemon Mushrooms and with roasted Broccoli, bread, and dessert.
Vegetarian: Roasted mushroom and eggplant baked penne

January 23
Adults and Youth: Balsamic braised brisket, cheese and tomato grits, candied collard greens, bread, and dessert.

January 30
Adults and Youth: Beef lasagna, italian salad, balsamic marinated roasted vegetables, bread, and dessert.

February 6
Adults and youth: Verde chicken enchilada bake, Mexican confetti rice and beans, salad, chips, and dessert. Vegetarian: Rojo avocado and corn salad enchilada bake. Children: Chicken tacos with cheese.

February 13
Adults and youth: Spaghetti bolognese, caesar salad, garlic green beans, rolls, and dessert. Vegetarian: Gnocchi marinara with spinach and mushrooms. Children: Penne with marinara.

February 20
Adults and youth: Beef Stew with carrots, celery, mushrooms, herb-roasted red potatoes, salad, rolls, and dessert. Vegetarian: Vegetable stew with carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Children: Beef and tomato mac and cheese.

February 27
Adults and youth: Haitian Chicken, adobo rice and beans, rolls, and dessert. Vegetarian: Haitian legume beregene melange. Children: Chicken, tomato, and broccoli on buttered rice.

Every Wednesday (beginning at 5:45 p.m.)

All children’s choirs meet each Wednesday at 6:15. Those children who eat dinner at Midweek will have some structured playtime in the gym with paid staff from 5:45-6:15 p.m., at which time they will be taken to choir. Reservations or cancellations for Midweek meals must be made by Monday at 9:00 a.m. Please note that the church must pay the caterer for all meals prepared. Please help us to be good stewards of the church’s resources and be prepared to pay for your reserved meals, even if you are unable to attend.

Adults and youth will have a choice between a vegetarian or meat menu. The vegetarian option must be specified when making your reservations.


Schedule: 5:15-6:30 p.m., meal served in Community Center; 5:40-6:10 p.m., children’s chimes; 5:45-5:50 p.m., birthdays, children leave for program; 5:50-6:00 p.m., announcements, joys & concerns, and prayer; 5:45-6:00 p.m., infant/toddler childcare (room 111); 5:45-6:15 p.m., children age 5 – 6th grade are invited to go from the Community Center for a time of supervised play; 6:00-7:00 p.m., age-level options begin for youth and adults, most conclude at 7:00 (some small-group options run longer each week); 6:15-7:00 p.m. children’s choirs; 7:15-9:00 p.m., Sanctuary choir rehearsal.
