The Redevelopment/Renovation Team will explore potential redevelopment of the east end of our campus including the administrative and chapel wing; education and WDS wing; the old gym, outreach and education wing, and our building at 1909 Acklen Ave that we currently lease to Vanderbilt Imagining.
● The Redevelopment/Renovation team will analyze, explore, and recommend potential redevelopment partnerships with the Centennial Campaign Committee and the Administrative Board.
● The Redevelopment/Renovation Team will also explore remodeling options for the East end of our campus.
● The Redevelopment/Renovation team will explore strategic partnerships for the use, support of, and revenue generating use of the Community Center and other real properties of the church
