The Building Team will oversee project sequencing, implementation, and coordination with the Architect and General Contractor while aligning expenditures with campaign resources .
● The Building team shall oversee project sequencing, implementation, and coordination with the Architect and General Contractor.
● The Building team shall align expenditures with campaign cash flow.
● The Building Team will coordinate work with Architect and General contractor to achieve our campaign objectives
● The Building Team shall be empowered to make operation decisions consistent with the overall objectives of the Campaign Coordination Team
● The Building Team, in coordination with the Executive Director of Church Management and the BUMC Finance Committee, shall work with the Architect and General Contractor to guide and regulate the expenditures of this project.
● The Building Team shall report, at least monthly, to the Campaign Coordination Team on the progress of the project and any concerns or major deviation to the agreed upon design and scope of the work.
● The Building Team shall report, as appropriate, to the full BUMC congregation on the status and progress of the work.
