Let us be in prayer and service to the families and friends who lost their lives in the tornadoes, as well as for all who lost homes, businesses and churches.
In addition to our tornado relief food drive with HRC and special offering on Sunday, on Saturday, March 7, nearly 100 people joined us at Belmont UMC as we offered help to our neighbors effected by the tornados. Photos by Paul Purdue
If you would like to assist East End UMC, Braden UMC, Dodson Chapel UMC, and others affected by the tornadoes you can still give through Realm. Donors from across our denominational connection have already contributed over $17,000 to this fund!
You can also give to the United Methodist Committee On Relief, a wonderful ministry that rebuilds homes and lives after natural disasters all over the world. You can give to UMCOR through Realm or send checks made out to Belmont UMC with Tornado Relief in the "for" line. Mail to Belmont UMC, 2007 Acklen Ave., Nashville, TN 37212.
