The Open Door Singers (pictured above) are preparing for their upcoming tour and mission trip, and ask for your prayers. Thirty youth and seven adults will travel to Charleston, Wilmington, and Charlotte. They will offer concerts and worship music at John Wesley UMC in Charleston, Good Shepherd Center, St. Stephens A.M.E. Church in Wilmington, and at the Scotia Living Center in Laurinburg. While in Wilmington they will also provide flood relief assistance by working on houses and at a church diaper bank and meal serving program. There will also be fun activities and bus-bonding along the way.

In addition to praying for the youth, you can support them by coming to the 10:30 a.m. worship on Sunday, June 9, when they will present their homecoming concert during the worship hour. This service will be combined with the Golden Triangle Fellowship (GTF) in celebration of nine GTF members participating on this choir tour for the first time.
