On Sunday mornings at 8:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., January 12—February 16, join us for our Named Beloved: Living our Baptism sermon series. Baptism is God’s gift offered to us without price. During this series, we will explore how God names us as beloved children through baptism. Each Sunday we will look at a different question within our liturgy with a special focus on the essential verbs.

January 12 - Baptism: Initiated, incorporated, and given without price. (Matthew 3:13-17, Acts 10:34-36 & 44-48)

January 19 – Renounce, reject, repent. (Amos 2:6-8 & 5:20-24, Matthew 23:23)

January 26 – Accept, empower, resist. (2 Corinthians 4:6-10 & 16-18, John 14:12 )

February 2 – Confess, trust, serve (1 Corinthians 8:1-2, Matthew 23:1-12 & 23-25)

February 9 – Nurture, love, forgive. (Romans 16:1-16, Matthew 16:13-15)
