In room 124. Belmont UMC has been selected to pilot a new resource for ministry from Bishop Kenneth Carder. Bishop Carder’s life and vocation changed dramatically when his wife began showing signs of dementia. His experience caring for her led to the creation of Alzheimer’s/Dementia: Ministry with the Forgotten. This five-week study explores a variety of ways we can be compassionate and effective in our love and care for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are living with dementia.
