    Facility Reservation Guidelines

    Scheduling

    Facilities are available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 9:00pm. Some exceptions are made for weekend use but may require additional fees. Belmont user groups may schedule facilities up to one year in advance. Scheduling for non-church user group meetings and events can be made up to three months in advance. Standing/recurring use reservations are available.

    Users wishing to schedule a facility will be required to complete the following forms:

    1.                  Facilities Use Request Form

    2.                  Safe Sanctuaries Form (if children will be involved)

    3.                  Hold Harmless Agreement

     

    Non-church groups are required to provide a certificate of insurance.

     

    Scheduling priority:

    1.                  Members and organized groups that are a part of the ministry, organization, or sponsored activities of BUMC.

    2.                  Not for profit groups whose general objectives are in harmony with the principles and objectives of BUMC.

     

    BUMC reserves the right to cancel any use agreement at any time.

     

    Facility Capacity & Suggested Donation

    A fully refundable deposit up to $500 is required for use of the facilities. Events requiring special setups for large groups will require a $20.00 per hour custodial setup fee.

    Kitchen Facilities

    Kitchen facilities are available only on request. The Community Center kitchen requires training and/or proof of certification for the use of before it can be used by any group.

     

    Equipment Availability

    Tables, chairs, easels, televisions, DVD and VCR players, LCD projector, sports equipment, and sound equipment are available only on request. Training on or proof of knowledge of sound and AV equipment is required.
